Doug and his wife Danielle live in Carlisle. Doug works at Defense Logistics in New Cumberland and Danielle works at Starbucks. Doug and Danielle have two sons. They serve together on the worship team, in Cafe Ten 31, and as LifeGroup leaders.

He and his wife, Chelsea, were married in 2020 and live in the Harrisburg area. They oversee the youth ministry, serve on the worship team and keep the congregation informed about BBC ministry opportunities. They're always up for board games, playing a round of disc golf or hanging out with friends and family. They have two sons named Theodore and Oliver. Jared seeks to inspire believers to recognize the character and the promises of God as true and respond in true worship and service for His kingdom.

Thomas and his wife Elizabeth reside in Mechanicsburg, where they are deeply committed to fostering transformational relationships. Together, they host a Life Group and actively participate in the BBC Marriage Ministry and Missions Committee. Thomas, in partnership with Mario Lanza, leads the BBC Men's Ministry. He is passionate about encouraging individuals to live biblically grounded, God-centered lives that are transformative, relational, and missional. He looks forward to seeing people thrive in their spiritual journeys, building strong relationships, and engaging in purposeful missions that align with God's will.

He and his wife Caite have three children: Brenna, Alyssa, and Tanner. They enjoy camping, going to the beach, and their dog, Coby. Brian is excited to be part of a church that is continuing its efforts to connect with and minister to the community. He looks forward to seeing people come together to magnify the greatness of God and hopes to use his ministry to help people connect to something great within the church. He also desires to be a part of a powerful movement of God in our community.

Brandon and Sarah live in New Cumberland. Brandon works as an insurance adjuster, and Sarah is blessed to stay at home with their three children, Anna, James, and Caleb. They enjoy hosting friends and family and are always excited to serve at BBC whenever they can. Brandon serves as a LifeGroup leader and Sarah volunteers her time in the office with event planning.

Bryan has been our lead pastor since 2018. He, his wife Sheryl, and their three amazing daughters, Tori, Liv, and Ava, have been lifelong residents of Pennsylvania. Bryan loves a round of golf, hunting, and fishing, and is in general an outdoor enthusiast. He cheers for all the Philly teams! Bryan seeks to lead a generation of people to honor God's voice and respond in extreme faith obedience.

Shawn and his wife Lori live in Shermans Dale. Shawn works for the Dept. of the Navy and Lori is Admin Director for the Christian organization Crossing Cultures International. Both serve as greeters. Lori is the co-director of the Faith Keepers senior ministry. Shawn's passion is teaching the Bible and does so in various capacities. Shawn also provides leadership over the deacons in the role of deacon chair.
