FUSION Student Ministries is a community for 7th-12th graders and exists to inspire teens towards a greater love for God, a desire for God's Word, and a passion to share their faith with those around them. We plan all our gatherings around three main goals: to promote transformational growth, relational connection, and missional outreach opportunities. We promote transformational growth by challenging students with the Word of God in some way at every single event or gathering. We know that godly relationships are essential in the life of a young Christian, so we work hard to cultivate student-student and student-leader relationships with the Word of God as our basis. In order to help students live on mission, we strive to provide opportunities for our students to serve each other, our congregation at large, and our surrounding community.
What We're Doing in Student Ministry:
- FUSION hosts gatherings each Wednesday, from 6:30-8:15 PM, in the Santos Center, located at the far end of the lower parking lot. Each week includes a hangout and game time before the program, student-led worship, a Bible lesson, and oftentimes a snack.
- FUSION also holds monthly get-together activities that vary from gingerbread building contests to weekend scavenger-hunt retreats. These typically take place on Friday evenings and give our teens an opportunity to connect with each other while doing something fun. They often include a devotional thought for the group as well.
